Here's one way our world changers are thanking their donors! This is a thank you letter from our own Annie Kelly. She is so excited for our trip that departs this Saturday, February 15th. We can't wait to travel with you again Annie!

Hello everyone! I hope you all are enjoying your February and had a good holiday season! If you do not remember, my name is Annie Kelly and, next week (!!!!), I am FINALLY traveling to Guatemala to complete a school. As we are very close to our departure (next Saturday at 5:40 AM), I have more information for all of you. We are traveling to Quiche in the Western Highlands of Guatemala, specifically the community of Choyomche III. Here, we will primarily be painting the school (a lot harder than you would think)! In our free time, we will be able to spend time with the children of the community. Also, one of the days that we will be there I will have the amazing opportunity to shadow a local woman and see what she does on a daily basis. For those of you that donated to my trip last year, we will be returning to our previous community of Cacabal III to see the impact we made there. Honestly, I am most excited to see the trees that we planted and the handprints we left in the cement. I am more than excited to go back and I cannot even wait until Saturday! I would like to thank you all SOOOOOO MUCH for all of your extremely generous donations. Over the time I was fundraising, the school was being built with YOUR money. YOU are the ones that made this dream come true for the children of Choyomche III, not to mention my dream of going back to Guatemala. I would also like to thank you all on behalf on School The World, the organization I will be traveling with. Now, for the moment you have all been waiting for, I have totaled my donations for this year, and, with SO MUCH thanks to you, I have raised WAY over my $3,500 goal. So, my total is...$4,397.50, that is almost a full $1,000 over my goal!!!! I cannot tell you all how thankful and grateful I am to have such generous people in my life. It stuns me every time I receive a donation how so many people are willing to donate to such a wonderful cause. I am more than grateful and cannot possibly thank you all enough! I will be taking lots of pictures and will email you my favorites when I get back. Now, please give yourself a pat on the back for the amazing cause you just supported; for the school YOU just built. I hope you are as proud of yourself as I am of myself! Thank you all again.I cannot even put into words how grateful I am! Thanks again!
